About the studio

Who we are and what we’re working on

Elewar Gaming

Founded in 2024 and based in Bonn, Germany, Elewar is a self-funded independent studio. We developed and released Elewar: Fused Survivors and are now developing our next game.

For our next game, we want to build a faster, more capable development workflow around modern AI tools. We are focused on rapid prototyping of gameplay systems, using AI coding assistance to explore and implement mechanics, and connecting development tools through MCP so agents can work with relevant project context instead of isolated prompts. The goal is to test ideas earlier, shorten the path from prototype to playable build, and spend more time on game feel, balance and player feedback. We will evaluate the workflow against real development tasks, with code review, testing and final design decisions kept under human control.
